When you start dieting, the only thing you can fixate on is how long you have left it seems daunting cardio session after cardio session struggling with the same weights you used to use passing on eating out, going to bed hungry being low on energy, but THAT’S where passion comes in that’s where knowing that you WILL achieve your goal if you never let yourself stop moving towards it comes in forget the big picture create a habitual schedule of execution wake up, execute your first meal go to work, get out, execute your workout be tired, depleted, exhausted but execute your cardio go home and execute your meals execute every single day it may be the hardest thing you’ve ever done but the willpower, the self-understanding, the tenacity, the determination and certainty that you can complete what you’ve set out to do will reward you tenfold EXECUTE.
